Director and animator

He served as the assistant director and editor for the 2013 animated film 'The Art of Happiness,' winner of the 2014 European Film Awards, produced by the Neapolitan studio Mad Entertainment. In 2017, he co-directed the animated feature film 'Gatta Cenerentola' along with Alessandro Rak, Ivan Cappiello, and Dario Sansone. The film was produced by Mad Entertainment and Rai Cinema. 'Gatta Cenerentola' received numerous accolades, including the Silver Ribbon and multiple nominations at the 2018 David di Donatello Awards, where it won the David di Donatello for Best Producer and the David di Donatello for Best Visual Effects. Additionally, it was selected by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the organization that awards the Oscars, for the shortlist of 26 films from which the five nominees for the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature were chosen.

Since 2017, he has been a member of the board of directors of ASIFA Italy, the association of Italian animation authors and professionals, and he was elected its president in 2019.
