Sabrina Perucca is the Artistic Director of Romics - International Festival of Comics, Animation, Cinema and Games. Collaborates with I Castelli Animati - International Animation Film Festival. He is a lecturer in "History of cinema and video", "Theory and analysis of cinema and audiovisual", "Production in the field of animation film and new media", for masters, seminars and university courses. Essayist and researcher of animation cinema, comic, contemporary Japanese culture, manga, anime. Published books, essays and articles on animated film and comics. Among the publications: "Il Cinema di Animazione Italiano oggi", Bulzoni Editore; "CinémAnimationS", Corlet Publications Cinémaction, France; "Furio Scarpelli. Brush, China and Typewriter", Erasmo Edizioni. He edited the collection of cartoons by Bruno Bozzetto "Attenti all'uomo", Gallucci Editore. Care Exhibitions dedicated to the Italian and international comics and animation cinema, including "Dante through the artistic imagination of Go Nagai"; "Roberto Diso. From Mr No to Tex"; "Yoshiko Watanabe. From East to West: between animation and comic book"; "The night journey of Vanna Vinci". In 2010-2011 she was a member of the ASIFA (Association of Animation Film Authors and Scholars). She was a member of the "Executive Committee of the Eminent People’s Group on the Japanese Cultural Events" at the Japanese Embassy in Italy.
